Who handles payments?

Webzir manages billing and payments for RecFlow. Stripe processes payments. Your receipt is the best place to check the amount, date, and payment reference.

For current access options, see RecFlow pricing. Signing in does not itself charge you.

Cancel or ask about a charge

Email info@recflow.studio with the Google account email used for RecFlow and your receipt reference, if you have one. Say whether you need cancellation, a refund review, or help restoring paid access.

Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the period already paid for. Refund requests are handled under the billing terms.

This page does not cancel a subscription automatically. Send your request to support and keep the confirmation. Never send full card details or passwords.

Paid, but still locked out?

Sign in with the same Google account used at checkout. If access still hasn’t appeared, include that information in your support email.
