Your RecFlow account.
One Google account connects your access on the website and in the Mac app.
Sign in
Use the same Google account you used when claiming or purchasing access. After signing in on the website, open Account in the header to see your access status, download the app, or sign out.
Website sign-in and app sign-in are separate. Signing in alone does not start a paid subscription.
Restore your access
RecFlow uses your Google account rather than a license key. Sign out of the wrong account, then sign in with the account that received access.
For a complimentary invite, use the Google account that claimed it. An already-claimed one-use link cannot grant access to another account.
If access still looks wrong, email support with your account email and, if applicable, a receipt reference. Do not send your password.
